Shipping & Returns

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping within the EU is free and delivered within 1-3 business days. Worldwide shipping incurs a standard delivery fee determined by the destination country, with delivery expected within a maximum of 5 business days with DHL.

What’s the delivery process?

Once the courier company picks up your order from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and the expected delivery date.
Deliveries are restricted to individuals, and packages cannot be left in a PO box or any other location under any circumstances.
The courier company will attempt delivery to your address three times. If delivery is unsuccessful, they will leave a notice informing you of an alternative collection point where you can pick up your package within the next 7 days (starting from the initial delivery attempt).

How can I check the progress of my order?

If you registered when making your order, you can monitor its progress in the ‘Orders’ section of your Account.
In addition, once the package is in the hands of the courier company, you will receive an email containing a link. This email will provide instructions on how to track the status of your order.

What is the procedure for returning an item?

Returning an item is simple.
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@molkano.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll reply with confirmation and send you the next steps.
Please make sure the parcel includes:
    •    The item(s) being returned
    •    ALL MOLKANO® packaging and accessories
    •    The sales invoice, signed
Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in their original dispatched condition and that all required elements are included.
If everything is in order, we will issue a refund. Otherwise, we will contact you to clarify any issues.

Return shipping fees

Returns from Greece are free using BoxNow. We will send you a prepaid BoxNow return voucher to print and attach to the parcel. Returns from other EU countries and beyond will incur a return shipping fee, depending on the volume and number of items returned.
For reference, a minimum fee of €15 will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may arrange your own return courier at your own cost.
You must ensure that the items are dispatched within the 14-day return window and provide us with the courier tracking code. Otherwise, we would not be able to issue a refund.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return the items to us. The parcel must be shipped within this timeframe.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned items are received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued based on the payment method you selected and your bank’s processing time.
This typically takes 4 to 8 business days, but may vary depending on how you originally paid for the items and the refund policy timelines of your payment provider.
For reference, Klarna typically processes refunds within 14 days.
