We exclusively use premium-quality cellulose acetate (Mazzucchelli), composed of up to 80% cotton, and precision-milled with advanced 5-axis CNC machines.

Discover Key Steps in the Production Process
Cutting
With cutting-edge machinery, frame fronts and temples are precisely cut from cellulose acetate blocks.
Tumbling & Washing
Our frames are tumbled in barrel of bamboo wood chips to smooth out rough edges and achieve a polished, glossy finish. Afterward, each frame undergoes a thorough cleaning to remove any remaining residue before assembly.
Assembly
Wirecores are embedded into the temples to reinforce and stabilize the frame.
Hinges & Screws
Though small and often hidden, they elegantly hold the parts together and ensure precise calibration.
Polishing & QC
The polishing process is essential to give the frames their beautiful shine. Furthermore, each frame is meticulously inspected for quality, one by one, with care, precision, and adherence to strict standards. This thorough checking occurs multiple times throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Artful Lasering
A beam of light can introduce an attractive element to the product design.
Lens Edging
Not too small, not too large, not too round, not too square—simply perfect.
Final Check
A final check of all fit specifications ensures that production flaws are completely eliminated.
